Cole finished up his first soccer season in June. He LOVED it! What started out as mass chaos the first week, somewhat resembled a soccer game the last week. Honestly for a 3 & 4 year old league, they looked really good. They did have an amazing soccer pro for a coach after all…
Even though this league was not competitive at all, Cole’s competitive momma is pretty proud of her boy! He could really work that ball down the field!
He scored all but one game I think, and many games scored more than once. He scores!!! And celebrates with Coach Dad!
He was also a pretty awesome little goalie!
And of course he did awesome with such wonderful cheerleaders spurring him on! At least some of the time. Haha. (A glimpse of life with her as a teen!)
He won 2 Player of the Game medals which he was SO proud of!
The second week he won the medal, he gave it to Jordan since he already had one. Sweetest boy ever!
At the end of the season, he got a trophy! “My 1st trophy EVER!” Say what you want about participation trophies… Look at my boy’s face!
It really was so fun watching him, and I’m just glad he enjoyed it. The morning of his last game, he quickly asked me “What team do I get to be on next?” And so it begins…
