We had a poker night at our house for the guys to help shower Kels and Smith with lots of diapers. You got a chip for each diaper you brought to the party. It worked out perfectly because Smith actually won! Hopefully this will help cut down on some of the diapers that they will have to buy.

Cole and Jordan were so excited to play in the leaves that have really started falling in our yard! It was pretty cute…
We had fun at our friend Caleb’s birthday party. It was a Sesame Street theme, and my kids loved every bit of it… the hats, games, food, etc!

Sissy is one brave little girl… She LOVES to climb up in the play places. Once she gets a little taller, there will be no stopping her. For now, she needs me or big brother to get her up there, but she has no fear once she is up. Here she is making her way across a wobbly tunnel. So cute watching how she maneuvers through it all!

And we have been doing some Thanksgiving painting. I wasn’t sure how Jordan would do because sometimes she is weird about her hands getting messy, but she actually seemed to enjoy putting paint on herself more than on the paper. Haha…
We made it to story time this past week and enjoyed the puppet show special… Cole was so sweet to help Jordan do all the things they were supposed to do, and she was so big trying to do them all!
I know this is super zoomed in, but look who’s nails are painted?!?! She LOVES them! She is so proud and sat SO still while I painted them. And Cole was so cute bragging about how pretty they were to her. “Oh Sissy, your fingernails are so pretty. What color are they? Are they pink? Do you love them? Are they so pretty? Are you so big?”
I just think she looks like a doll here.

Cole had his school open house, and we loved seeing all the great things he has been learning and working on. Here we all are outside his classroom.

He was a little excited to show us everything! He had made a cow jumping over a moon, an owl, a lamb, fall leaf wreath, a mayflower picture, a pumpkin with seeds, a triangle teepee and so much more!
Jordan had a blast being in Cole’s room. I think she was thinking “Finally, I get to be at school!”
This was a picture from Firetruck Day! Cole was SO excited about this day. So thankful they took pictures!
Cole was also excited that a surprise visitor showed up to Open House!
And we might have celebrated all of Cole’s hard work at school after Open House at Dairy Queen!
Love my sweet boy and how much he loves school! Thankful that Highland is a place that is teaching him to love learning! In his words when I told him he was going to school Thursday morning “Yes! That’s my favorite thing!” Doesn’t get much better than that!
We headed to Jackson for dinner last week to meet up with Murray’s family to celebrate his dad’s birthday. We are so enjoying being close enough to do things like this! We ate at a Japanese restaurant, and the kids were really into the cooking and especially the chopsticks!
We might have cheated and get them ChickFilA…
