Can’t believe it has taken me so long to do this post because I am so excited to share all our fun memories of our Florida trip. We headed to Panama City, FL with all of Murray’s family, and we had the best time. It was so great to relax, play, eat well, and just spend time with people we love! Cole loved his first beach trip, and Jordan seemed to like it to- at least all the attention and cuddling!
All ready to go! Just a short drive to Nashville…
lots of bags, and a sprint to our gate as they announced the final boarding call!!! Yikes!
But we made it to Florida and the fun began! Cole and Easton were SO excited to see each other!
Checking out the ocean with Daddy for the first time… we had a little bit of a seaweed issue so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the ocean, but Cole liked it when we did venture in
Cole loved playing in the sand with all the other Butler boys & momma.
All dressed up for dinner.
Cole was Easton’s shadow… Easton was a good sport about it. Haha.
The best place we ate all week… Yum!
After dinner we walked down to this kids zone. There were bouncies, slides, and games. Cole began to show everyone his daredevil side!
He kept insisting he wanted to do the jumping thing so we let him. The guy helping him was awesome and worked Cole up slowly, but Cole loved it and went as high as you can bounce. Crazy!
Look at that smile!
This became a funny tradition each morning getting sunscreen on for the beach. Who knew it could be so fun?
Our beach babe! She mostly kept PopPop company up in the room, but she did make it to the beach a few times.
Cole LOVED doing this!
Pretty sunset from our balcony
Feeing the seagulls…
Cole got to pick a toy from the infamous Alvin’s Island… of everything there, he picked this yellow monkey that screeches with a t-shirt saying “I love Panama City Beach!” His name is WaWa, and we are still sleeping with him every nap and bedtime.
Searching for crabs…
The boys making Jordan laugh… I have a feeling we have many years to come of this!
There was this really neat little spring area that emptied into the ocean. It made the perfect place to play!
The bigger boys taught the little ones to slide down the hill into the water. Very funny!
We had to keep reminding our jumping machine to slide though…
We also had Cole’s last 2 year old birthday party while we were there. It was a Mickey Mouse party, and Cole was very excited!
Headed to play Putt-Putt!
Cole loved feeding these huge fish!
Silly boys!
Learning from Dad!
She had to get her feet in- right?!?!
Worn out from all the hard playing she did at the beach.
Classic shark picture…
The condo also had a great pool, and Cole loved showing off there too!
Mimi and her boys!
Totally a big boy about going all the way under. His momma is so proud!
That was one big hole! Haha.
The girls opted for a less sandy picture…
I mean… beautiful! What else can I say about her?
I mean… busy! What else can I say about him? Haha.
What you have all been waiting for… the family beach pics!
Headed home… They said he was ok for us to take on the plane with us.
Since we actually made it to the gate before they were shutting the door on the way home… we all were able to sit together on the plane ride home, and Cole got a window seat. Much better!
We had such a wonderful time, and we are missing everyone already! We probably won’t be back to the beach for at least a couple years, but our next trip will have a lot to live up to if it is going to be anywhere near as great as this one! Thanks you Mimi & PopPop for an awesome time. WE LOVE YOU!
